Extreme activities in one lifetime may result in a compulsive path that would force to walk in an opposite direction in another lifetime. Thus, a sinner treads a saintly path, and the tyrant is forced to work like a slave. Through the ‘pairs of opposites’, nature tames the soul and forces it to evolve.
Sometimes you may dislike what you do and feel forced to do it due to the circumstance of your life. It may be useful to you to reflect on your past and look for events that have pushed you to where you are now. People often realise that there has been a definite purpose for all the events of their past and that they are indicators of the path of balance that one needs to tread.
Nature tends to bring balance in everything. Sometimes we come across people on the spiritual path who are ‘forced’ to be celibate at a young age and end up frustrated due to inability to cope with the demand. One of the reasons for this ‘forced’ renunciation could be that it is nature’s way of bringing balance to an excessive indulgence in passion in a previous lifetime.
Once you understand the purpose behind all your experiences and accept them as part of your ‘chosen path’, you can then use those experiences to make rapid progress in all levels of your life.
